They write up to 140 characters with their real name attached publicly. You choose whether to accept or decline each vouch before it appears on your profile.
Yes. You can remove any vouch from your profile at any time. The person who wrote it can also retract it. Vouching is always reversible.
You don't need to block anyone — every vouch requires your approval before it appears on your profile. If someone sends you a vouch you don't want, just decline it.
